Shipping policy

We aim to send out all smaller items to you within 3 to 5 working days.

We do try to hold stock of all items here at our warehouse but occasionally there may be a delay of up to 16 weeks, this is very rare though. If there is going to be any delay in getting an item to you we will contact you as soon as possible and give you an approximate delivery date. 

For large items we will contact you and give you an approximate delivery date.

PALLET DELIVERIES: Some large items might be sent to you using a pallet service, we will call you if we are going to use this delivery method. The access to your road must be suitable for a large 18 tonne lorry, please notify us if your road is to small for a lorry this big.  All pallet deliveries are done to the kerbside of your address and not into your home or garden. You will need to unwrap the pallet and take the goods into your house or garden, the driver is not allowed to help you due to insurance purposes. You will need to dispose of the pallet and all wrapping.
